Due to the generational shift in attitudes, there has been an increasing trend towards renting instead of homeownership. However, for many reasons, property managers and owners have faced enormous difficulty in utilizing this trend. Reasons include efficiency issues regarding maintenance, utilities, rent control, and time concerns such as finding lessees, collecting rent, and fulfilling maintenance requests.
To solve these problems, Property Platform (PP) has developed an application platform to automate repetitive, manual property tasks, subsequently making the property management process more efficient via streamlining day-to-day responsibilities. PP provides homeowners, managers, and tenants with a more cost-effective unique experience. To establish the company in China and market its services, the firm sought a capital investment of $250,000.
